In an era where love is swiped, where algorithms predict our desires before we even know them, one question haunts me: can we still fall in love by chance?
Once upon a time, encounters happened in cafés, or at a party where we showed up with no expectations. But today, we analyze a profile, read between the lines of a "read" message, and carefully craft our reply to avoid seeming too eager, but not too distant either.
Even emotions seem to follow their own rules: three hours before replying, three days before a second date, three months before saying "I love you" (and only if the algorithm has confirmed compatibility).
And yet... all it takes is one moment. A glance that lingers a fraction of a second too long, an unexpected shiver. Because true love, the real thing, can’t be programmed.
So, does true love still exist… or are we all too busy waiting for a notification that may never come?
